Abstract
Industrial production facilities ought to offer high "Technical Availability". Also due to the costs they have to satisfy demands for maintenance strictly according to actual conditions; for HFA-hydraulics this is equivalent to the requirement ofleading important components close to their limits of lifespan. The present paper contains proposals to render this, possible by various methods of Condition Monitoring. A main part of these studies concerns monitoring the hydraulic aggregate as "constant pump with accumulator". Therefore it is proposed to install measuring points for accumulator pressure, pump sounds, and a new interface in electric control; these methods allow data gathering in accordance with current operational terms. Then evaluation of this data and optical display of the results may be handled in completely different variations of Condition Monitoring.
